Retail Orders

United States

  • Flat-rate shipping: $10.99 on orders under $89

  • Free shipping on orders $89 and over

  • Orders ship from Gilbert, Arizona

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

International (Canada & Europe)

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using DHL Express

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale customers receive free standard shipping on orders of $500 or more.

Wholesale orders under $500 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee.

Wholesale shipping terms may differ from retail shipping options and may be subject to manual review based on order size, destination, or product mix.

Wholesale customers with special shipping requirements may contact customer service for assistance.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed by 12 PM Arizona Time (Mon–Fri) typically ship the same business day

  • Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day

  • Tracking information is emailed once the shipping label is created

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Continental United States: approximately 5–8 business days

  • Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO: delivery times may vary

  • Canada & Europe: delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing

Carrier delays, customs inspections, or severe weather may extend delivery times.

Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refused or returned international shipments are refunded for product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Packages returned as undeliverable may be re-shipped for an additional shipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable on mis-addressed orders.

Shipping Damage or Loss

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the packaging and contents

  • Contact customer service within 5 days

We will file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
