Every purchase at nwcnaturals.com is protected by our unconditional 60-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied, simply return the product(s) within 60 days of the shipment date for a full refund of the product cost. (Original shipping charges are non-refundable.)
Return Conditions
- You may return one opened container of any product.
- All additional units of the same product must be factory-sealed and in resalable condition.
- Returns received after 60 days are considered case-by-case; if accepted, a 30 % restocking fee applies to unopened items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please report shipping damage or breakage within 3 days of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and ship a replacement promptly.
Address Corrections
Please enter your complete and correct shipping address. If a carrier assesses an address-correction or re-route fee ($11 USD for UPS), that charge will be passed on to your original payment method.
Note: Carrier chosen will vary based on your location, NWC chooses the best shipper for that area.We use: Fed Ex, UPS, DHL and USPS. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes; such orders will ship via USPS typically.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of our receiving the returned merchandise. Bank posting times may vary.
