Here are a few of our favorite smoothie recipes:

Morning Berry Delight

In a blender, add:

1-1/2 cups of frozen strawberries

1/2 cup of frozen blueberries or raspberries

1 frozen banana

1 full scoop of  Ultra Nutrition Shake™

8-10 oz. of apple juice

Blend and serve! My ultimate favorite! This smoothie is light and so delicious! I love it for lunch with a half of a sandwich and salad too!

Chocolate Snowflake

In a blender, add:

5oz. of Milk (Keep in mind the shake has enzymes to digest the milk for you!)

4oz. of water (If you want ultra creamy, go for all milk!)

1 tbsp. cocoa powder

1 full scoop of Ultra Nutrition Shake™

1 frozen banana

1-2 heaping tbsp of peanut butter (to taste)

Blend and serve!
