How else can I fight these hot flashes?
Try eliminating spicy foods, hot drinks, alcohol, sugar and caffeine. These can trigger hot flashes. Drink 6-8 glasses of water per day. Exercise (in amounts as little as 3.5 hours per week) is very helpful.
