Did you know a diet of raw fruits, vegetables, sprouts, seeds, and nuts will provide nearly all of the vitamins and nutrients that are needed for the body to function properly? (The exception is Vitamin B12 which is found mainly in meat sources.)
A diet high in vegetables will also meet or exceed the recommended daily allowances (RDA) set forth by the government.
The RDA’s were established based on people that eat meat and have a carnivorous and acid diet. Vitamins are used by the body in the process of neutralizing and eliminating these toxins and acids, of which a more vegetarian diet contains little or none. So a meat eater and an acid diet use up more vitamins.
