How much sleep do you need?

The amount of sleep needed is determined by the amount of toxicity and energy expended prior to sleep. Ideally between 7-9 hours of sleep are indicated. This could possibly be reduced to 6-7 hours if the body is totally detoxified and the lifestyle is one of low stress.
