I tried MSM Gold based upon other reviews, but had no true expectation. I am in my mid-40’s, athletic and active, but am fighting autoimmune issues that are affecting my joints. I’ve changed my diet, worked on gut health, eliminated refined sugar, as well as grains, (blah blah blah) however still have progressing joint pain and deterioration. Once I’d been taking this for a couple of weeks, I found that it keeps me at least 90% pain free/pain reduced (as long as I don’t veer off course with trigger foods). I can’t believe the profound difference it’s made for me over the last couple of months.

My husband has a more complicated health situation than mine, and the jury is still out for him. MSM Gold doesn’t bother my stomach at all, but it does his, so he can’t take it as frequently, and hasn’t noticed improvement in pain when he does. Being able to take it 2 times a day may be the key.

Anyway, I do recommend, and thanks to the other reviewers who aided my decision to give this a whirl! I love it.
