I really saw results when I increased my dosage to two pills with EVERY meal and snack (hypoglycemic, so total 12-16 pills a day). COMPLETE stoppage of bloating and gas. COMPLETE! If I started having any bloating at all, I knew I had forgotten to take the pills! I tried to skimp a bit with 2 per regular size meal, 1 with just a snack, but bloating didn't stop until I put 2 in my mouth every time ANY food went in my mouth! SUPER happy with this product! (Have been using the increased dosage now about 2 years now.)
