If you are just starting out the AHA recommends moderate exercise 10 minutes twice a day. That means you can take your dog (or coffee) outside for a 10 minute power walk, lift weights for 10 minutes in front of the TV, or do a 10 minute HIIT routine.\u00a0 Start with those simple 20 minutes a day and you\u2019ll be feeling amazing all summer long!
