How to drink more water

Most health professionals recommend drinking half your body weight in ounces of water each day. Drinking water aids in digestion, helps detox your body, reduces bloat, aids weight loss, reduces under-eye bags, and so much more! Try these simple tips to drink more water throughout your day:

Drink a bottle of water (16oz.) each morning right when you wake up.

Think of watering a wilted plant. When you give your body water first thing in the morning you awaken your body, replenish and hydrate, and boost your metabolism.

Drink a bottle of water about 30 minutes before lunch and dinner

Drinking water before meals helps prep your body for digestion, and can help you feel fuller, longer.

Infuse your water with fruit or herbs

If plain water seems boring try sprucing it up! My personal favorite is basil and lemon infused water, but you can also infuse water with mint, berries, pineapple, orange slices, lemon- and the list goes on!
