This tea is flavorful and soothing. I prefer the taste over Green Tea and like not having the caffeine. I received my tea bags a week ago and have been steeping a large pot of it at night before bed. I have a large mug of hot Rooibos before bed and then take the cold tea with me in the morning to work. I am sleeping better at night and feel less stress in the morning. Next time I will get the larger pack. Here the 20 bags price is so economical compared to a daily trip to a coffee house. Worth trying!
